For Russian media:
- Last name, first name and patronymic;
- Name of the media outlet;
- Job title;
- Passport details (passport series and number);
- Date and place of birth;

- Address of accommodation during the event (independent accommodation or a hotel recommended by the summit’s Organising committee).
For foreign media:
- First and last name in full (in Roman and Cyrillic letters);

Accredited journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya Tower (see map) from 10:00 to 18:30 and then follow Dvortsovaya ulitsa to the Grand Kremlin Palace guests’ entrance. It is essential that you have your passport with you (journalists from foreign media outlets must also have a valid Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation).

13:30 – meeting of the CSTO member countries’ heads of states in narrow format
15:00 – CSTO Collective Security Council meeting in expanded format

The State Council meeting in expanded format will take place at midday on April 24, in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St George Hall.
Journalists will enter the Kremlin through the Kutafya Tower (see map) (TV and photo journalists will enter from 8.00 till 9.30 am, and print media journalists will enter from 9.30 till 11.00 am). Please have with you your passport and press card, and for foreign journalists, your Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.

The news conference will be held on May 18, 2011 at 13:00 at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
The accredited journalists should arrive at the following address: 14 Ilyinka Street, Entrance No. 7. Television crews and photographers will be expected from 07:30 to 09:30, and the representatives of print and online media from 09:30 to 10:30.
Russian journalists are asked to bring their passports and journalist’s ID; foreign journalists should bring their passports and accreditations from the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The news conference will be broadcast live by Channel One, Russia 1 and Russia 24.
